IGNITE participants are politically active and civically engaged. Our training coupled with the access we provide to elected officials, give young women the early support and connections they need to move through the leadership pipeline and prepare for public office. IGNITE participants serve as elected leaders on their high school and college campuses. They work and intern in the field to build the relationships they need to position themselves for public service.
